Before start mould production,we have to know well what customer need and what kind of plastic part you need to produce. We accept your idea in words,sketch,2D drawings,various 3D formats,samples,etc."
Step 2: Part design.
CENTRE MOULD has the expertise to assist you in your part design. We could check up manufacturability, provide melt flow analysis and so on to guarantee the lower cost of mould production and part production. You will get our suggestion clearly in written form with pictures. We will show you location of injection points, parting lines, etc. If needed, we can pro-vide samples from 3D-printer."
Step 3: Mold design.
According to your specification, we will design the mould. After designing we will provide you 2D assembly drawings and 3D drawings."
Step 4: Mold production.
During the production stage, we will send you regular updates of process status and process photos."
Step 5: Trial and adjustments.
We test the moulds. After trial phase we will send you initial samples (usually called ""T1 samples"") and than we will make adjustments if needed."
Step 6: Final treatment and trial.
After you get T1 samples, you can study part dimensions, quality of the samples surface, try to assembly your parts and so on. If need we can make some changes in your part in accordance with your requirements. After the final treatment we will try your mould once again and than we will send you new samples."
Step 7: Shipment.
When the right result will be reached, mold will be shipped. We will include important spare parts (seals, ejectors, etc), mold passport with mould drawings. Our standard package for overseas delivery is wet proof wooden case."
